You’ve Got Questions - We’ve Got Answers

Do I need an appointment?

Yes,  to ensure we  keep each bride the center of attention, our shop is by appointment, although walk -ins are welcomed.  Appointments are usually an hour and a half.  We are happy to accommodate your timing. You may book your appointment by phone, email or online through our social media pages on facebook and instagram.

What shall I expect?

From the moment you step through our door, you'll have our attention. Share your story with us to get to know you better  so that we give you the best service.

Our Gowns

We are currently showcasing four fabulous designers/brands whose gowns reflect a beautiful combination.

When to start dress shopping

We recommend at least 6-8 months before your wedding.  It can take up to 6 months for all beads to be sewn and lace to be garnished then flown to our doorstep for you to pick up.  Add another 2-3 months for alterations fit.  While some designers can meet in-a-pinch deadlines, giving yourself enough time will save you from rush fees and stress.

What to bring at the appointment

The quick list: nude undies and your favorite shoes.  These items will play a key role in helping you envision yourself on your wedding day. Do not worry about the bra. A special one will be waiting for you here.

Perfect fit - Alterations

Once you have found the dress, we will take your measurements and place the order.  Our designers make their dresses customized to your size. To give your dress the final perfect fit, alternations might be needed but do not worry. We have experienced associates who will alter your dream dress. Your dress will be delivered ready for your big day.

Payment

As soon as you realise that we have your dream dress we will have to order it for you. A prepayment will have to be made and the rest of the amount has to be settled the day we deliver the dress to you.
